Welcome to our newest salon, located in the picturesque Cotswold town of Stroud.
You will feel like you’ve stepped into an oasis of calm as soon as you walk in. We are a team of highly trained tanning professionals, offering the highest standard of care in a relaxed atmosphere.
Stroud is now a centre for the creative industries with writers, artists and craftspeople taking up residence in the five sweeping valleys encircling the town, made famous by Laurie Lee’s “Cider with Rosie”.
Our new salon is located in the fabulous shopping centre Five Valleys.
There is ample parking in the multi-level car park, and you can even get your vehicle washed while you shop!
Come and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and feel beautiful, energized and rejuvenated at The Tanning Room.
Had a spray tan this evening with Veronica and it was amazing! Veronica was lovely & welcoming and put me straight at ease. Will definitely go back!
I had a spray tan at the Stroud branch yesterday and I just wanted to say that Mainisha was amazing!! She was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back!! She’s a real asset to your team!!

First time user of sunbeds and the member of staff was so helpful and friendly. I’ve been in a few times now and she cannot do enough for me. It’s incredibly clean and very well maintained. Highly recommend.
Such a lovely place! And it’s immaculately clean. The main thing for me is that the staff are so friendly and welcoming, which I’ve not experienced before when going other places for a sun bed. They’re really knowledgeable and give you the time to chat about products/the beds etc. instead of just rushing you in. Highly recommend!🤩

Absolutely fantastic customer service and I was really impressed by the tanning beds. I went for one of the lay down beds and it was amazing! Lots of cool features, including misting, Bluetooth and the speakers sound awesome. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be back soon, Billy Morton
Such a beautiful and clean tanning salon with very friendly and polite staff. My visit to The Tanning Rooms Stroud was the first time I’d used a sunbed in many years, they made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much to ask! Great selection of tanning lotions too! Highly recommend and already can’t wait to return! 🙌🏻
Have never used a subbed before so was unsure but the staff was so lovely and helpful and explained everything thoroughly! Lovely experience and the salon itself was very nice and made it even better. Will be going regularly now and really enjoyed it!
Very friendly staff members who are able to talk you through the process and provide helpful recommendations based on your skin type/sensitivity. The beds are always clean and The Tanning Room have a very simple to use booking system which is great for reserving beds to avoid disappointment. I would highly recommend The Tanning Room Stroud.
The lovely ladies I’ve met in the shop have been incredibly welcoming and informative on best practice with sun beds & how to obtain the best results. I was shown how the beds worked and how to change anything I may need or want to. There is a wide variety of products available to purchase to enhance your experience also.Thank you lovelies
Fantastic tanning beds and such friendly staff. I have used this tanning salon a few times now and I am very impressed with the tanning beds, staff and atmosphere within the salon. Highly recommend this salon if you are wanting a safe and affordable way to get a tan for the summer ?
When I walked in to the salon it looked very clean. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Overall was a relaxing experience.

Started coming here having not used sunbeds before as it’s a very convenient locationStaff were so welcoming and talked me through everything including recommendations for creams etc…Beds are always clean and ready for your appointment - will definitely continue to come here!

What a fabulous salon and amazing experience! From start to finish the service was top notch. I had never used a sunbed before and was nervous but all the staff were fantastic. Explaining the regulations of the beds and how they are safer than the sun, and even showed me their own safe tanning website. There was so much to tanning I didn’t know but now I do will 100% be back especially with the prices being as good as they are for the quality of the beds they have. Jake & all the lady’s there where amazing walked me through each bed went through all there creams with me all very polite kind and welcoming beds are amazing and I will be back asap 110% recommend this place ☺️
