Returns
Non-Refundable Products:
Due to health, safety, and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on tanning or tanning lotion products.
Damaged Products:
If your product is damaged during transit, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
To report a damaged product, please contact us via our website. A replacement may be issued if deemed necessary at our discretion.
Shipping
Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy:

The Tanning Room cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
