You'll need an account with us before collecting rewards. New customers will have one set up at their induction.

Download the Stamp Me app and scan the QR code or stamp pod after each sunbed session at the in-store till point.
Collect & Redeem
Every sunbed session earns one stamp. Collect 15 stamps and get 12 free minutes added to your account.
Your Reward
Collect Stamps. Get Free Minutes
One stamp is earned per sunbed session. Once you've collected 15 stamps, simply show your completed card to one of our tanning professionals in store to redeem your 12 free minutes.

Sign up to our Birthday Club and receive a free sachet of tanning lotion on your birthday! Make sure your date of birth is saved in your Stamp Me profile so we can treat you automatically.

Terms & Conditions
- Stamps and rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or in any way traded. They are intended solely for the individual whose name is registered to the loyalty account.
- Reward stamps cannot be applied retroactively. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their purchases are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
- It is the customer's responsibility to collect their stamp at the time of their visit. If a stamp cannot be collected due to a phone or app technical issue, The Tanning Room does not accept responsibility and missed stamps cannot be backdated or added at a later date. Any other issues with collecting or redeeming stamps must be reported immediately — we cannot rectify issues reported after 30 days from the date they occurred.
- The Tanning Room holds no liability for any unredeemed stamps that have expired. Once a stamp has expired, it cannot be reactivated.
- Members of the rewards programme will be periodically contacted by email or phone regarding special offers and updates about the programme. You are agreeing to these contacts when you sign up for the programme. However, members may choose to opt-out of this correspondence at any time.
- All data will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR. For further information on how your data is used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to update their personal details should they change. The Tanning Room cannot be held responsible for any loss of stamps or rewards resulting from out of date contact details.
- We reserve the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions, programme benefits, or reward stamps structure at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to the members.
- Membership to the rewards programme can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, all unredeemed stamps and rewards will be forfeit and cannot be reinstated if you re-join the programme at a later date.
