Subscription Terms and Conditions – Glow Club
By purchasing one of our subscription services, you voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Subscription and Cancellation
Our subscription services operate on a monthly (28 Day) rolling basis and renew automatically on the date you originally signed up each month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellation is immediate, and any remaining days in your billing cycle will be forfeited. For example, if you cancel on day 15 of a 28-day period, you will not retain access for the remaining 13 days.

2. Usage and Package Upgrades
As a Glow Club member, you may upgrade your package once to increase your minutes & package, free of charge.
To upgrade, either cancel your current subscription and repurchase with the provided discount code once you contact us [Contact Us Page Link].

3. Salon Access
Your subscription can be used at any of our salon locations. However, you must select your home or local salon at the time of purchase.
If your selected salon is closed on a particular day, your subscription will not be extended or paused for that time.

4. General Terms
All standard tanning terms and conditions apply to your subscription. You can view them here: [Link to Terms and Conditions Page].
Your subscription is for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.
Your subscription can only be added to your account within our salon trading hours, subscriptions can take up to 5 hours to be added to your account during trading hours.

5. Safe Tanning Policy
We are committed to safe tanning practices. Subscription services include usage limits in line with safe exposure guidelines:
A maximum of 4 tanning sessions per week.
A maximum of 16 sessions per month.
It is the customer’s responsibility to choose a package suitable for their skin type. We recommend taking our [Tanning Test Link] and reading our [Responsible Tanning Guide Link] before purchasing.
If, upon visiting the salon, a customer is found to have selected a package that is unsuitable for their skin type, our tanning professionals reserve the right to:
Refuse service; or
Limit tanning session time according to what is deemed safe and appropriate.
